does any one know if it is possible to transfer music files from a mac to my new Galaxy tab 7"

Hi Twitchit,

Yes you can transfer your music and also picture and other media files.   What you do is set the usb connection of your galaxy tab to mass storage and it will mount to your desktop and you wil be able to drag and drop things.   Let us know how it goes.
