How to avoid getting Complete action using

When using the default browser, I keep getting the popup Complete the action using..followed by choice of deadult browser or firefox. Even though I click on Deafult action for this, I keep on being prompted for the choice everytime i go to another webpage or select a weblink.  Is there a way to solve this?
