While it is still unknown if Samsung will ever make an official version of Honeycomb available for the Galaxy Tab the announcement that Honeycomb 3.2 with support for 7 inch screens is being released makes it possible.  If nothing else you can be sure there will be a modificed version of Honeycomb it that you'll be able to install onto your rooted Galaxy Tab.
