Voice recognition on Galaxy Tab 10.1

Is there any way to use voice recognition to control any of the functions on the Galaxy Tab 10.1 or Galaxy Tab 8.9?

By using the Google Voice Actions capability in Android you can control such things as dialing a call, message dictation, internet searching, driving directions and more.  To use Voice Actions just touch the microphone on your tablet's screen and speak.
