While there will be endless debate on this issue, it really depends if you prefer the Android or iOS ecosystems.   The Galaxy Tab 10.1 is lighter and thinner than the iPad2 as well as has stereo speakers and higher screen resolution.  The iPad2 however has access at this time to many more apps in Apple's Appstore than Android offers...although in time Android will catch up.
