The Galaxy Tab 10.1 does not have a USB port but it does have a 30 pin proprietary connector that allows you to attach a USB connector.

While the Galaxy Tab 10.1 does not have a usb port built-in it does come with a usb to 30 pin connector that allows you to attach your tablet to your computer.  This cable can only be used to attach to a computer but does not allow you to attach items such as a digital camera to your tab.  For that you'll have to purchase the optional usb/connection kit.
